While analyzing the results of IOP measuring using one and the same device by one and the same investigator, the tonometer position on the eyelid being changed, the mean values closeness was registered only when the position of tip on the eyeball was correct.

The sufficient correlation of the results was observed only in this case.

While moving the tip lower in the limb area or on the cornea the result is significantly lower and is not true.
